The first picture represents my favourite antique car magazine and i was planing on my final poster to go with that vibe. To achieve that vibe I had to create some textures in Adobe Illustrator. This textures are often found in sports or car magazines.

The second poster shows a cloud covering a persons head. This shows the visuals of daydreaming and your head being in the clouds. This would essentially give my final poster a day dreamy look.

Lastly, this is a poster from one of my favourite singer, Travis Scott's album. This album cover would fit my final poster theme really well and it also matches the previous poster above.

Design Direction

I then proceeded to hand draw a really simple sketch of what i had in mine. This was the first sketch that i did and it shows the back of someone turned while sitting on a vintage car. The clouds represents daydreaming.

This is my second sketch which would essentially be a picture of me with my back turned daydreaming about having a vintage car.

Process of Digital Poster

Once i was done with. my sketches I had a clear vision on what i wanted to do with my final poster so then i began planning out on where is I should start.

I first took a picture for my self portrait.

This is the picture that i choose for my final. It would go really well with the idea i have planned out and it looks like turning my back to think about something.

Before i compiled everything on Adobe Illustrator, I first removed the background from my Self portrait to give it a cleaner look.

I use the airbrush tool to then refine my hair so it wouldn't look so messy.

After that, I exported everything to adobe illustrator and then began to gather all the elements and started doing the texture inspired by the car magazines on the software.
